The day consisted of various workshops including listening to real life experiences and feedback from the recent focus groups held with customers.
Workshops were facilitated by a mixture of staff and franchisees.

Winner of the Franchisee of the Year Award went to Nick Riley, one of the network's longest standing franchisees. Nick, who runs the Bristol and West Somerset franchise, currently delivers to 2,000 customers a week and is the first Riverford franchisee to turnover £1.5 million.

Winner of Newcomer of the Year went to Mark and Jackie Cooper, who run the River Nene franchise for Bedford. Mark and Jackie have been operating since February 2005 and have smashed their first year targets within six months.
