The franchise company, which specialises in providing non-medical care to older people so they can remain living in their own homes, had a stellar year in 2013. Winning the bfa Gold Franchisor of the Year, the Smith & Henderson Overall Best Franchise and also achieving 5 star franchisee satisfaction from their franchisees in a new benchmarking programme.

The winner will be announced at a Gala Dinner, which will be held on 12 March 2014, hosted by Rt. Hon Michael Portillo at the London Lancaster Hotel, W2.
