Jayne Gethin, Managing Director of ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services South West Wales and Swansea, was one of 19 finalists on the night, across six categories and was recognised for her commitment to growing the business from a standing start nine years ago.

Gethin commenced trading after leaving a role in the NHS in 2004 and has built a business which employs over 100 staff at its base in Llandarcy, near Neath.

Gethin said: “I am so pleased to be recognised alongside some of the biggest names in business. This is testament to the hard work the team has put in to get us to where we are now and I know this will serve as a real boost to all the staff and help us to grow and develop our business further.”
