ServiceMaster Ltd franchise owners have received extra support with the launch of a new customer facing website for each of its networks. The company has launched different sites for its TruGreen, ServiceMater Clean, Merry Maids and Furniture Medic brands.
All the new sites have been re-designed to reflect the updated look and feel of the brands and provide much more customer information including service details, regional contact details and each business and client testimonials.
Hannah Banfield, ServiceMaster Ltd Head of Franchising, said: 'As the first point of contact for most customers we were keen to make sure that the websites would work for both our business owners and our customers. We have developed a clean and consistent design that is easy for customers to use and navigate but that also drives them directly to the business local to them. The new websites all have a synergy and it's easy to see that they are all part of the ServiceMaster family of brands."
In addition to the new sites, ServiceMaster Ltd has also invested in search engine optimisation and key word searching to increase traffic directed to the sites and maximise on the new business opportunities for franchise owners.
