Managing Director Carol Rawson said the move is driven by increasing levels of enquiries from individuals across Europe and the US, this has convinced the directors to move plans forward to develop an international network.

Rawson commented: “Until now, we have focused our efforts on building our UK franchise network. Of course, this remains a key goal for us, but we have decided to respond positively to the rising number of enquiries that we are receiving from other countries. We are currently in the process of researching a potentially lucrative overseas market for a prospective franchise owner, with a view to realising the opportunity.

“High quality British tailoring is a service in demand well beyond the borders of the UK and our decision to attend the British & International Franchise Show in March for the first time is the first step along the way to realising our wider vision for the future of Suit the City.”

Suit The City franchise owners are not tailors, as all production is carried out by expert tailors in Europe, but they are business people that posses excellent relationship marketing skills and provide an exclusive design consultancy service to a discerning and affluent customer base. Because they do not operate from stores, overheads and initial investment is much lower than fashion retail franchises, and the high-value goods mean that potential profits are substantial.

Suit The City will be on stand J20 at the British & International Franchise Show, held at Olympia, 13-14th March. For more information, please contact Carol Rawson on +44 (0) 1494 880791 www.suitthecity.com
