Following the announcement in July 2007 of Swisher International repurchasing the UK Master Licence of Swisher, they are now in a position to strengthen and expand their franchise network throughout the UK.

"Jason's experience within the franchise industry means he is ideally suited to recruit proven, professional entrepreneurs who are motivated to succeed," confirms Elaine Walford, Director of Corporate. "He understands the recruitment process and has previous experience of recruiting new franchisees through to supporting existing franchisees. We believe his knowledge and experience will be an asset to the expansion of Swisher Hygiene."

Jason has been working in the franchise sales sector since 2005. Key senior roles include Training and Installation Manager for Merlio Developments before moving to Topgear where he ultimately worked as the Franchise Sales Manager. Two of his main responsibilities at Swisher will be to rejuvenate the recruitment selection process and modernise the operations and training manuals.
