Mapping and analysis specialist Tech4T has helped the Pentagon Group to successfully launch its new franchise, MoneySave Solutions.

MoneySave Solutions is a franchise that provides a range of respected financial products and services, specifically created for the increasing numbers of people with debt problems who find it difficult to access mainstream services.

To facilitate easy access of its services by the people most in need, Pentagon Group needed to understand in greater depth what its best customers looked like and where the highest concentrations of them could be found. To do this the company asked Tech4T to help identify the profile of its best customers utilising past trading data. Graham Dennis, National Franchise Director for MoneySave Solutions, said: “Finding the right partner who could demonstrate a clear understanding of what we were trying to achieve was always going to be a difficult hurdle. With Tech4T, we discovered a team which had a clear focus and understanding of UK demographics.”

Taking the insights derived from the customer profiling exercise, Tech4T designed and mapped a flexible UK territory infrastructure with each territory having an equal amount of ideal customers. Each franchise owner received maps and information sheets giving a clear picture of the demographic make-up of their territory and where to focus sales and marketing efforts for best results.

Dennis added: “The process we went through with Tech4T in designing the solution provided the business with the capability to manage the franchise network to the desired demographic levels and develop targeted sales opportunities for new franchise owners joining the network. Using National Data to pinpoint areas where clear opportunities exist for an uplift in sales was a key factor in selecting Tech4T.”

Pentagon Group has ambitious plans for the MoneySave Solutions franchise and was keen to not only have professionally designed territories, but also a proven online system for easy demonstration of available territories at exhibitions and meetings, coupled with a territory management system to record franchise appointment and territories under offer.
