Five day intensive driving lessons franchise 5Day has teamed up with Tech4T to launch its franchise opportunity.
The partnership saw Tech4T mapping out 5Day franchise areas so that each territory meets the specific demands that a 5Day business presents. For example, the territories had to incorporate a theory test centre, a driving test centre, and have the potential to provide a constant high number of leads for franchise owners.
The key to the success of the project was combining the expertise of 5Day across its product and market, with Tech4T’s skills in data, analytics, mapping and territory design. 5Day provided Tech4T with an extensive list of theory and driving test centre addresses to which Tech4T added latitude and longitude co-ordinates; this allowed each entry to be accurately plotted on to a digital map to within 100 metres of each centre’s actual location.
By combining and analysing the test centre locations with population data that reflected 5Day’s target market, Tech4T identified an optimum number of territories that would help ensure each franchise owner’s commercial success, while also maximising the revenue potential from the franchise network as a whole.
