Tech4T, franchise territory design specialists, have recently completed an analysis and mapping project for Alphabet Babies, helping the new franchise to launch its unique opportunity.
Alphabet Babies provides classes to develop the literacy skills of babies and toddlers through multi sensory stimulation. Its classes in Glasgow proved so successful that the Company decided to expand through franchising.
Initially, Tech4T recreated the existing trading area in a digital mapping format and reviewed in detail the demographic make-up of the population in this territory. This information fed into the design of the new optimised territories to be offered for sale to potential investors. Each territory contained sufficient numbers of the types of people most likely to sign up for Alphabet Babies’ classes. This was an essential prerequisite as it meant that during the franchise territory sales process, Alphabet Babies could easily explain the methodology used for territory creation and justify the investment required from potential franchise owners.
Alexis Viswanathan, Managing Director of Alphabet Babies, said: “The service was quick and efficient and the end product was superbly detailed. As we continue to grow, I look forward to continuing to work with Tech4T to ensure happy franchise owners, and ultimately, a happy franchisor.”
