Fitness First is supporting the SUBWAY chain's new low fat 'Lite Lunch' offering by giving every customer that buys a Lite Lunch, a FREE 5 DAY guest membership for two to any of their 170 Fitness First clubs around the UK.
The Lite Lunch offer is any 6' Sub from the '8 Subs with 6g of fat or less' range with a lite drink OR lite side for just £2.99. The SUBWAY chain is committed to offering its customers choice and both organisation's understand the need for a holistic approach to health and wellbeing - such as nutrition and diet, lifestyle and image, and fitness and exercise.

The chain plans to open another 1,050 stores in the region by 2010, resulting in massive job creation and monetary investment.
