A former Supermarket Manager, Darren is responsible for developing the Toasty Kitchens brand in the Leeds/Lancashire area and plans to open up to 100 retail outlets. The promotional van and 'Mr Toasty' are frequent visitors to sporting events in the area due to Darren's active participation in Rugby League. Leeds United Football Club is one of the first major organisations in the UK to benefit from the Toasty Kitchens oven, which outputs a crisp, toasted sandwich every 30 seconds.

'We are actively recruiting more people like Darren to oversee UK development,' said Bruce Eyre, National Sales Manager. 'We have strong international interest with applications received from almost all countries worldwide and will be developing the sale of the product and the Toasty Kitchens brand overseas. The fact that Toastys can be made with an unlimited choice of fillings makes for an unlimited market for which there is currently no competition.'
