Alex Clark Lettings has continued its nationwide expansion with the signing of two new franchise owners to its network.
According to the lettings agency company, which was launched in late 2011, the franchise is attracting high caliber franchise owners from across the UK, who are impressed with the prosperity of the current lettings market and the comprehensive package being offered.
Alex Clark Lettings now has franchise offices in Gloucester, Weston super Mare, Kingston upon Thames and Wimbledon, and Hertford. Keen to grow further, the company is aiming to have 150 franchises operating across the UK in the next 10 years.
One of the latest franchise owners to join the network was George Hughes, who previously worked as the Head of IT Consulting for a national Gerry company and as a Technology Director for a technology company. Hughes, who now owns the Hertford franchise, said: “I knew that I wanted to own and run a family business and that franchising could help me achieve that goal. I looked at a broad range of franchises and property was my preferred sector. This was a big decision for me so I took time to assess a number of opportunities and was drawn to Alex Clark Lettings by the passion, processes and most of all the people in the business. I know we will succeed together and that it will be fun too.”
The second new Alex Clark Lettings franchise owner was Commander Peter Greenwood, who has recently retired from the Royal Navy after serving over 30 years in front line, operational jobs. He said: “Having served my country for over 30 years as part of a first class but large government organisation I knew that I wanted my second career to be one where I could control my own destiny. By setting up my own business and with hard work and integrity, I one day hope to have a legacy that my children will have the opportunity to take over.
