Working alongside other franchisees, the new franchisees will help to promote the company's ethos on exemplary customer care and will act as the local face of WPA within their territories.
As part of the franchise package head office will provide franchisees with a comprehensive support and training package. To motivate franchisees WPA offers a range of monthly, quarterly, bi annual and annual incentives to work towards.
