Canada-based online marketing franchise WSI has signed a regional franchise agreement for Paris, France.

Under the agreement, Jean-Francois Baudrais will trade under the WSI name and provide a range of online marketing solutions to small and medium sized businesses in his territory, which includes Hauts de Siene, Yvelines, and Essone.
