The company had much to celebrate having opened its 100th franchised office, just four years since launching its franchising proposition, and saw the number of enquiries and reservations for new franchisees double in the first quarter of 2007, compared to the same period last year.

Key to the conference was the Home Information Packs (HIPs) seminar, which gave franchisees the opportunity to learn about the company's HIPs strategy. One of the main benefits of being a franchisee with YOUR MOVE is that franchisees can focus on running and developing their businesses whilst the company takes care of complicated and time-consuming issues such as the introduction of HIPs.David Newnes, Managing Director for YOUR MOVE, commented: 'The primary objective of the conference was to invite YOUR MOVE franchisees to take time out from the 'front line', share ideas and success stories and to find out more about developments within the property market that could impact their businesses in the future. We've always prided ourselves on supporting our franchisees and feel this was, yet again, another opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to them and together recognise our achievements.'

Two special awards were also made to franchisees at the conference. Scott Anscomb of YOUR MOVE Anscombs in York received the award for 'Franchise Branch of the Year' and Stewart Filshill from YOUR MOVE in Leven received the award for 'New Franchise of the Year'.
