John Chambers, a long-standing member of the former bfa Legal Committee, leads the franchise team of four, who each have a specialism in particular aspects of franchising ranging from resales to dispute resolution, commercial law and employment issues. The firm advises on both international and domestic franchising and offers new franchisors an all-inclusive start-up package covering all the legal documentation necessary to start a new franchise.
