The Finalysis opportunity will be of special interest to accountants, treasurers and professionally qualified or retiring bankers. It provides them with the opportunity to generate a high income from their specialist knowledge of bank operations, pricing and alternative management systems. Finalysis provides each franchisee with exceptional marketing training, support and development systems, along with leading industry knowledge. Finalysis, through its well established client base, will provide a number of introductions to targeted corporates with continuous direction and support. Initial training is provided over two months at the company’s Dublin head office.
The Finalysis model requires no inventory and has low operational costs, while ensuring premium margins for the consultancy services provided. Franchise service fees will be based on revenues received, with a percentage also being redeployed for marketing.
Ideal franchisee profile
The ideal franchisee will be an experienced banker, treasury manager or financial controller, experienced in dealing at a senior level with corporates and with banks, comfortable with consulting and business development roles and proficient in drafting and presenting reports at C level. A knowledge of some or all of the following will be desirable: corporate lending and pricing, currency issues, cash management and treasury systems. Ideal qualifications will include a FCA, CFA, MBA, or FIB.
Finalysis'success is based on the quality of successful franchise partners. The key attributes to a successful franchise partner are industry knowledge, professional confidence and the appreciation of this senior level consulting challenge. These will be accompanied by an ambition to earn high levels of income and recognition of the long-term growth potential in this specialist consulting sector.
Subject to the expertise of the prospective franchise partner, the investment proposed will be a negotiable combination of an initial investment of €50,000 and a managed service fee of 15 per cent of turnover.
