Born out of London with its flagship store at the London Eye, Neds Noodle Bar began its franchising journey in May 2019.
There are currently five Neds Noodle Bar stores across the UK in County Hall, Shoreditch, Basildon, Oxford and now Southampton.
Neds Noodle Bar is a QSR brand, serving fresh Asian noodles and rice dishes in the original iconic American style take–out box. Dine in, take-out and delivery, Neds cooks all its food in front of the customer with an open-plan kitchen, using fresh produce, with no MSG or GM ingredients.
To compliment the noodle dishes, Neds serve a variety of starters, fresh Asian salads and steamed buns, along with organic drinks, beers and wines. They offer gluten free options and no MSG, have a loyal vegan following and are a sustainable company.
Neds Noodle Bar is one of the quickest operators on Deliveroo and Uber – Neds dishes can be prepared and on the doorstep within 20 minutes of ordering.
Neds creates their own-recipe secret sauces with ingredients imported directly from Thailand, giving each dish a superior taste to competitors. The Neds Noodle Box is the original iconic box from the USA as seen in the movies.
Popular with customers, it is lined with a film that keeps all food hot and fresh for at least an hour, making Neds so successful on delivery.
85% of Neds chefs have never cooked before - skilled labour is not required and everyone is given full training on the latest state of the art induction wok cookers (no gas required) from the outset.
