\"By the end of my first year I hope to turnover £300,000\"

After operating a care home for five years I was keen to expand into the home care sector and discussed my plans with my bank manager. She knew a Caremark franchisee that was very successful and suggested that I investigate the franchise opportunity as a way to expand my care business.

I took her advice and was very impressed. When I met Caremark they were very professional, informative and transparent. Investing in a franchise made sense as I could hit the ground running and would be able to trade under an established brand name. I did meet other care franchises however, the level of support on offer from Caremark and Caremark's business model were incomparable.

At the moment I have just completed the two-week initial training course and I am now preparing to launch my Norfolk-based franchise in April later this year. By the end of my first year I hope to turnover £300,000 while long-term my plan is to continue expanding and developing the business.
