This new opening is the latest in a series of successful franchises for Pareto Law, with new offices in Redhill and Leeds. Matt and Carol will cover the Midlands area and have started their business by hiring three Pareto Law graduates: Rob Caulfield, Victoria Harvard and Caroline Gooch.

Franchise Manager Emma Blunt comments: 'The launch of our third UK franchise demonstrates the strength of the Pareto Law proposition. We are confident the Midlands office will help develop our profile across the region and we are now looking to appoint another franchisee to launch our next office in Bristol.'

Midlands franchisee Matt Degville said: 'Having previously been a Pareto Law client, I was always impressed with the consistently high standard of graduates we were offered. The Pareto model appealed to me because it has been tried and tested and I am now looking forward to helping local businesses become more successful by providing them with Pareto graduates.'
