Record-Breaking Belvoir

Belvoir, the UK's leading lettings specialist, has turned up the heat and achieved a record number of new franchises. With over 100 franchises, Belvoir is well on its way to achieving the target of 300. Emma Swallow reports

'Our target was to have 20 new franchises by the end of the year but here we are only half way through the summer and 14 have now completed their training with five more booked onto our September training course,' says Dorian Gonsalves, Belvoir Sales Director. 'The new franchisees have already opened offices or are due to launch at prestigious locations around the UK.'

Franchisees who have just completed training will open new Belvoir offices in Brentwood, Ilford, Sunderland, Manchester Chorlton and Swindon.

'We are delighted and wish all our new franchisees every success,' says Dorian.

'We pride ourselves on the quality of our induction training, which is a comprehensive three-week course undertaken by all potential franchisees, providing them with all the knowledge and support they will need. This is the first time since Belvoir launched in 1995 that we have had so many new franchisees complete their training in one year. The September course is now full and we have just one more course available in November.

'2007 has been a record-breaking year for us and this is a strong indication of the standing that Belvoir has within the lettings industry and the commitment and standard of service we provide for our franchisees.'
