Fresh Face for Crepe a Croissant
It's a business which has thrived on feeding its customers fresh food, and now Glasgow-based authentic creperie and sandwich bar Crepe a Croissant is giving itself a fresh face with the launch of a comprehensive rebranding exercise.
The first of Crepe a Croissant's four city outlets to freshen up its act is one of its busiest, at 50 St Enoch Square, and already the fresh face has met with the approval of regular customers and attracted many new customers to the store.
Co-founder Keshan Nahar said: 'We opened the first Crepe a Croissant store 14 years ago and, as we have just launched an ambitious franchising strategy to increase the number of outlets throughout the UK and overseas, we felt that now was the time to invest in freshening ourselves up. And judging by the numbers of new customers pouring through our doors, the investment has been well worth the effort!'
The rebranding exercise encompasses everything from new signage, incorporating the new Crepe a Croissant logo, to a complete re-fit of the interior, as well as all disposables such as takeaway bags, serviettes and containers. It is all backed up by a new website, www.crepe.org.uk.
The immediate success of the fresh face at St Enoch Square has prompted Crepe a Croissant to bring forward the planned roll-out of the rebranding exercise across its other outlets in Glasgow at Woodlands Road, Byres Road and Hope Street, as well as expanding nationally and internationally through franchising.
