Right at Home provides quality homecare services, for the elderly and adults living with physical disabilities. We offer consistent carers, a minimum of 1 hour visits, and highly personalised care packages, allowing people to retain their independence and receive care with dignity, while living in the comfort of their own home.

We believe our New Owner Training is the most comprehensive available; a 2-week programme covering all aspects of the business, with particular focus on first year marketing and the changing face of the care sector. Each new office also receives a three-day site visit prior to opening, plus additional training for Registered Managers.
Our two-week franchisee training programme takes place at head office, followed at a later stage by a 2-3 day visit to your office location. Ongoing training and support is often delivered online.
Rapid-response support is on-hand whenever franchisees need it. New owners are guided through a detailed start-up calendar with regular calls, field visit, guidance and mentoring as required. On-going support includes group webinars, regional owners’ meetings, individual strategy days, annual group conference, a Franchise Advisory Council and committees responsible for idea generation, and annual audits on operations and compliance.

Breakdown of Package: 10 Year Franchise Agreement includes territories with at least 35,000 over 65s living within; all new owner and registered manager training; and incredible levels of franchisor support in set-up, business development, sales and marketing. Also includes a quality PC, two email addresses, SEO managed website, intranet system, marketing materials and business stationery, fully updated Policies and Procedures, annual internal compliance audits and more.
