Leads from customers interested in Ovenclean’s service are up by 80 per cent compared to the same period in 2010, the company reports.

Ovenclean is hoping to see customer enquires increase further during the next few months. People will be either preparing their ovens for winter cooking in advance, or calling on Ovenclean specialists to rid their ovens of grease and dirt, which has built up over the Christmas period.

Lloyd Evans, Chief Executive at Franchise Brands Worldwide, parent company of Ovenclean, said: “The launch of Ovenclean’s new website last summer had an instant impact on enquiry levels, and is now the top source of new customers contacting Ovenclean to request a call back from their local franchise owner.”

Franchise Brands Worldwide has also had success with its ChipsAway brand, which experienced year-on-year leads increase by 35 per cent.

Evans added: “It is excellent news that both ChipsAway and Ovenclean of Franchise Brands Worldwide are experiencing record enquiry levels. The experience of the management team and the synergies that the two brands benefit from by being part of the same group has really helped towards achieving these record results.”
