Ovenclean has found the recipe for success, as thousands of customers flock to use its service.

Since the launch of the domestic oven cleaning franchise’s new website last year, new customer leads for Ovenclean have been rising like hot cakes. By the end of October 2011, like for like figures outstripped the previous year’s leads by 70 per cent, generating work thought to be worth more than £1 million for franchise owners.

Robin Auld, Ovenclean’s Marketing Director, said: “We have used a variety of channels to get our marketing message across, including Jamie Oliver’s website and newsletter, reaching hundreds of thousands of potential customers.

“Surprisingly, recent research showed that over a fifth of people surveyed still didn’t realise that they could actually get their ovens cleaned professionally. On the other hand, the same survey also confirmed that 100 per cent of those who had experienced a professional oven clean would use the service again and would recommend it to others.

“Our rising leads show that Ovenclean is reaching out to more and more potential customers, helping our franchises build long-term profitable businesses based on a growing base of satisfied customers who use the service regularly and pass our name onto their friends and family members.”
