Ovenclean Marketing Director Anne Blee has reported that the company's National Call Centre lines have been 'red hot' as the company experiences a doubling of its average leadflow during the Summer. "We're thrilled that Ovenclean services are so much in demand,' Anne confirmed.
"However, it's very frustrating when we know there's a good living to be made in areas where, as yet, we have no existing franchise owners. Wherever feasible our established specialists travel to customers within a reasonable distance of their territory, but clearly we're keen to recruit new franchise owners to the network who can service demand locally. There are not many businesses keen to recruit new people - but Ovenclean is certainly one of them!"
New franchise owner Mark Bartrum, who launched his business in June, described his astonishment at the speed his business has taken off. "It's early days for me really, but I have been busier than I could ever have imagined!" he stated. "There's a huge marketplace out there - after all, nobody likes cleaning their oven - and I don't think there's any competitor of Ovenclean's quality around."
Mark reports that 80 per cent of his customers have booked a return visit. "I've been inundated with people asking me to book them in. Wherever my van is parked, I attract interest. People come up and ask me what I charge and take one of my cards."
