Since taking over Minster Cleaning Services Dorset franchise in July 2011, 25 years old business studies graduate, Jenny Campbell, has grown its turnover by 31 per cent and number of staff has increased from 43 to 70.

Speaking about her success Campbell said: “Minster Cleaning Services offers the chance to create a large business; they help in the transition to self-employment and provide a successful brand together with comprehensive support covering the main day-to-day business activities. And, like all Minster territories, the branch covers a large geographical area so there is still plenty of scope for expansion.”

Mike Parker, Managing Director of Minster Cleaning Services, is delighted with Campbell’s progress, he added: “It’s great to see young, ambitious franchise owners coming into the business and showing just what can be done.
