Commercial cleaning franchise Minster has appointed Paul Stairmand to the newly created position of Marketing Manager. Mr Stairmand (pictured) will be based at the company's head office in Birmingham and will have responsibility for the ongoing delivery of Minster's strategic marketing plan to support sustained and profitable growth.

Minster's Managing Director, Mike Parker, said: "Paul has an excellent understanding of marketing and franchising and is keen to develop our network sales by helping franchise owners to increase profitable turnover in existing branches as well as recruiting new franchise owners."
