For those considering an investment in a food franchise, McDonald’s is holding franchise owner recruitment Open Days exclusively on-site at The British Franchise Exhibition, which takes place on June 10 and 11 at Manchester Central.

Visitors can book sessions in advance at www.franchiseinfo.co.uk and meet McDonald’s staff at the exhibition to find out about becoming part of one of the world's biggest brands. This is one of several exciting opportunities for those looking to develop a career in the sector to meet franchise owners face to face and gain a real insight into the industry.

In addition to the McDonald’s event, visitors can listen to existing franchise owners candidly discuss the realities of franchising and their experiences in the Franchisee Panel.

The panels are particularly popular with visitors. Ann Alderson, a photographer from Scarborough who visited the exhibition in 2010 commented: “My husband is looking at investing in a franchise and has been doing so for a few years now. We attended the Franchisee Panel and it’s the most informative speaker session we’ve seen – the panel members were extremely open and candid about their experiences, which was great.

The British Franchise Exhibition is open from 10am each day, closing at 5pm on June 10 and 4pm on June 11.
