Scott Grimes has joined TruGreen Professional Lawncare as new franchise owner in the Leeds and Wetherby area.


Having previously worked in Project Management, Grimes has discovered how a TruGreen franchise not only fits his lifestyle but provides top class support that eases the pressure of starting a new business.Grimes said: “I was keen to find a role that would provide some flexibility, particularly as I have two small children and a wife who often works away from home. As a keen gardener I began to look at opportunities in that area and came across TruGreen.

“What I really liked about TruGreen was the package that is offered to customers and the importance placed on taking the time to understand the customer’s needs and tailor a package accordingly.”TruGreen’s franchise owners are supported by franchise network manager, Steve Welch, who has 30 years experience in the turf industry.

Grimes said: “The support provided is great, Steve is always at the end of a phone. Being able to ask a question and get the correct answer so quickly is such a help. We speak regularly and he will visit too, which eases the pressure. The support on the business side, from marketing to finance, is also top drawer - I certainly have no complaints at all.”
